1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GA4 Helper ("the Service"), operated by BEAST Analytics, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

GA4 Helper is a free web-based tool that provides automated Google Analytics 4 (GA4) configuration audits, implementation recommendations and best practices, and configuration reports and actionable insights, intended for legitimate business and educational purposes only.

3. Google Account Integration

To use GA4 Helper, you must authorize the Service to access your Google Analytics data. By granting this authorization, you confirm you have the legal right to grant access to the accounts and properties connected, and that the Service will access your data solely for audit and analysis purposes.

Our access to your Google data is limited to read-only operations: property configurations and settings, read-only user management and permissions, and basic profile information for authentication.

4. Marketing Communications

By using GA4 Helper, you agree to receive marketing communications from BEAST Analytics, LLC, including marketing emails, educational content, product updates, promotional offers, and newsletters.

Double Opt-In Required: after connecting your Google account, you will receive a confirmation email; you must click the confirmation link to receive marketing communications.

Unsubscribe: you may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate purposes, provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, respect Google's Terms of Service and API policies, and not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service.

You may not use the Service for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access to other users' data, use automated scripts or bots against the Service, share account credentials, or impair our servers.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to perform maintenance, make emergency repairs, or temporarily suspend the Service.

To ensure fair usage, we may implement rate limits on API calls and audit requests; excessive usage may result in temporary suspension of access.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and content, is owned by BEAST Analytics, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your Google Analytics data — we claim no ownership and use it solely to provide the audit service.

Audit reports generated by our Service are provided to you for your use; you may share, modify, or use them as needed.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

GA4 Helper is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that results are accurate, complete, or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEAST Analytics, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or reliance on audit recommendations.

Audit results and recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional consulting advice; independently verify all recommendations before implementation.

9. Account Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking access through your Google Account settings, discontinuing use, or contacting us to request account deletion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or excessive usage, or as required by law or Google's policies.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our use of Google APIs complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements — we do not sell, transfer, or use your Google data for advertising.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kansas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date, may notify users of significant changes, and your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
