GA4 Helper ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Google Analytics 4 audit service.
Google Account Information — when you sign in with Google, we collect your email address, name and profile information, and your Google Analytics account access permissions.
Google Analytics Data — with your explicit permission we access property configurations and settings, data stream information, read-only user permissions and roles, conversion tracking setup, and audience configuration details.
Usage Information — how you interact with our audit tool, audit results and recommendations generated, and error logs and diagnostic information.
We use your information to perform GA4 audits, generate reports, provide support, improve our service, and — with your consent via double opt-in — send marketing communications about BEAST Analytics services.
By using GA4 Helper, you agree to receive marketing communications from BEAST Analytics, LLC, including double opt-in confirmation emails, marketing emails about BEAST Analytics services and GA4-related content, product updates, and educational content.
Double Opt-In Process: after connecting your Google account, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription to marketing communications.
Opt-Out: you can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting brie@beastanalyticsco.com.
GA4 Helper's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: we use Google user data only for providing and improving our GA4 audit features, apply no human review, never sell your data, and never use it for advertising or unrelated purposes.
We do not permanently store your Google Analytics data — it is processed temporarily, in memory, during your active session to generate your audit report.
Security measures include HTTPS encryption for all data transfers, OAuth 2.0 authentication, least-privilege access controls, and up-to-date security practices.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or Google Analytics data to third parties, except trusted service providers who help operate our service, when required by law, or as required by Google's terms of service.
You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings, request deletion of stored account information, stop using our service at any time, and review or modify the permissions you've granted us.
Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page, updating the "Last Updated" date, and providing notice through our service interface.
Google Analytics data is not permanently retained — it is processed temporarily for audit generation. Account information is retained only as long as necessary to provide our service, and you control whether to save or delete your audit results.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, contact us at brie@beastanalyticsco.com, via ga4helper.com, or by mail at BEAST Analytics, LLC.
For users in the European Union, our legal basis for processing your personal data includes consent, legitimate interest, and contract performance.
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port, object to processing of, and withdraw consent for your personal data.
We use minimal cookies for authentication (maintaining your login session), functionality (storing preferences), and anonymized analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Note: This privacy policy is specifically designed to comply with Google's OAuth verification requirements and the Google API Services User Data Policy. By using GA4 Helper, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
